More than 20 million Samsung Galaxy S III smartphones have been sold in three months, according to the company, and in August it dethroned the iPhone as the top-selling smartphone. Analysts say that trend might not hold, as many iPhone fans likely are waiting for the iPhone 5, which is expected to be announced next week.
