Muscles on Main takes place Saturday

THREE EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

1. Muscles on Main will be back for a sixth year Saturday in Morton. The event, a Strongman competition sponsored by Health Solutions and Pro Body Solutions, will feature various competitors in five different events.

2. The event kicks off with weigh-ins from 9-10 a.m. before starting the contests. The contests include a Yoke-Fridge Carry/Farmer's Walk, Log Clean and Press, Hand over Hand: Truck on Road, Hummer Tire Deadlift and Five Stones. The truck event will feature a truck weighing about 40,000 pounds. All events are subject to change.

3. In addition to the athletic displays, activities for children, informational health and fitness booths and food vendors will also be on hand.
