FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance teams will be at two Washington stores through Sunday, Dec. 29 to answer questions about federal disaster assistance and offer registration services for survivors of the Nov. 17 Illinois tornadoes. A team will be at the Menards located at 1975 Freedom Parkway from 8 a.m. to noon on Dec. 27, 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 28 and 8 a.m. to noon on Dec. 29. Teams also will be at the Walmart located at 1980 Freedom Parkway from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Dec. 27, 8:00 a.m. to noon on Dec. 28 and 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec. 29. Survivors do not need to attend this event to register for assistance.
