The Eureka Business Association’s Eureka is Springing Up Trees project will sponsor a Eureka Christmas homes tour from 1 to 5 p.m. Nov. 29. Proceeds will go to purchase trees for homeowners affected by the Nov. 17, 2013, tornado.
