EUREKA — Marjorie Wolf, 73, of Eureka, died at 11:07 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Born Oct. 8, 1938, in Peoria, to Robert and Alice Harkless Whitman, she married Robert A. Wolf Sr. Sept. 5, 1987, in Deer Creek. He survives.
Also surviving are two sons, James Cunningham II of Washington, Ill.; Robert Cunningham of Goodfield, Ill.; one stepson, Robert A. (Katena) Wolf Jr. of Hartville, Mo.; two stepdaughters, Evelyn (Robert) Hayes of East Peoria, Ill.; Cyndi (Stan) Deatherage of Metamora, Ill.; and nine grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, and one granddaughter.
Marjorie worked at the Schmidt Insurance Agency in East Peoria for many years.
She attended Liberty Bible Church in Eureka, where a memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2011. The Rev. Tom Zobrist will officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the church. Cremation rites have been accorded.
