St. Mary’s Grade School golf outing coming up

St. Mary’s Grade School is having it’s second annual Golf Outing Benefit Aug. 6.

Proceeds are to be used for the enhancement of the science facility and to purchase additional computers.

The event takes place at Snag Creek Golf Course, located in Washburn.

Check-in is from 11 to 11:45 a.m., with a shotgun start at noon.

The format is a four person scramble. Individual golfers will be placed in groups.

The cost is $70, which includes golf, cart, prizes, lunch, refreshments and dinner.

Lunch is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Refreshments are served on the course.

Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. at the Snyder Village Center, 1200 E. Partridge St., Metamora.
