Children's Corner at Metamora Library dedication tonight

The Children's Corner at the Metamora Library will be dedicated tonight at 7:30 p.m.

The dedication of the Metamora Library Children’s Corner project will be 7:30-8:30 p.m. tonight.

Light refreshments will be provided. Many volunteers including members of the Metamora-Germantown Hills Junior Woman’s Club and students have put in countless hours painting in the library.

Supplies were donated by Borkholder Supply, Village Ace Hardware, Born Paint, and the Art Rod Foundation.

In addition to the mural, the GFWC IL Metamora Germantown Hills Junior Woman’s Club was able to purchase two children’s “egg” chairs and 10 Dr. Seuss books for the space.
