Germantown Hills woman is ‘luckiest duck’ on Sunday

"Quacky" the mascot of the Center for Prevention of Abuse Duck Race oversees operations on Sunday.

A record number of rubber ducks competed in the 22nd Annual Duck Race to benefit The Center for Prevention of Abuse presented by Par-A-Dice Hotel Casino.  

With 20,000 ducks competing — nearly 3,000 more than participated last year — the first ducks to cross the finish line won prizes for the local residents who adopted them.
