North Peorian Norm Kelly said he made it through the voting process in about 45 minutes.

"You have to understand the 2008 voting method ... for some it

was very difficult and that is what is taking all the time. Every body

seemed pleasant and the people working there were very nice," Kelly said. 

That covers happy.

Now, on to his angry thoughts.

"The only interest I have is President. Why? There is so much at stake. My feelings? 'God ... I wish Harry Truman was running. I think the clincher for me was when I heard Obama say that our

Constitution was flawed. Wow. He is going to swear to uphold it and he thinks it is flawed."
