Methodist MammoVan in Eureka next month

One in eight women will develop invasive breast cancer in her lifetime. According to the American Cancer Society, women should have yearly screening mammograms beginning at age forty. Mammograms are the most important tool for early detection of breast cancer. If found in the early stages, there is a 98 percent chance of survival for the first five years.

The Methodist MammoVan will be at Heartline in Eureka 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. June 13. The MammoVan offers the newest digital technology mammograms, making it easier, faster and more comfortable.
