On Monday June 6th, 6:30 pm Barnes and Noble representative Sandra Beck will be at the Eureka Public Library demonstrating the Nook eBook reader.

The Barnes and Noble Nook has been a leader in the eBook reader market since its introduction in 2009. With the creation of the Alliance Digital Media Library (ADML) in 2010, the Eureka Public Library has been offering free downloadable eBooks to library card holders. Beck will demonstrate how to use the Nook to download both eBooks and audiobooks from ADML, and talk about the other features available on the Nook.

Pre-registration for this free presentation is requested by the library and can be accomplished by calling the library at 467-2922.
