Bradley University to host Day of Remembrance

Bradley University will host a Day of Remembrance Program on Monday, Sept. 12 to honor the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The program will begin at 4 p.m. in the Renaissance Coliseum, located at 1600 Main St.

Bradley President Joanne Glasser and Student Body President Tricia Anklan will make opening remarks, followed by keynote speaker Andrew Myers. Myers was on active duty with the Army at the Pentagon during the attacks of Sept. 11. He will share his experience of that unforgettable day.

Additionally, the Bradley Symphonic Winds, under the direction of Dr. David Vroman, will provide commemorative music
