Professional Development Institute at Illinois Central College continues
The Professional Development Institute at Illinois Central College will continue its “Inspiring Leadership” Certificate Program beginning Feb. 2.
To complete the certificate program, participants complete four foundational courses coupled with eight elective courses to allow participants to focus on the leadership areas that are important to them and their career goals. Once 12 workshops (48 hours of training) are completed, participants receive 4.8 continuing education units and will be awarded PDI’s Inspiring Leadership Certificate. Participants may begin the program at any time and have 18 months to complete the certificate after starting the program.
This comprehensive program is designed for new supervisors, managers, coordinators, or team leaders who have had little leadership experience or training as well as experienced supervisors, managers, or team leaders who want to solidify their understanding of leadership concepts. Promising employees who may someday be tapped for leadership roles or anyone who aspires to assume a leadership role in an organization will also benefit from the program.
Each four-hour workshop is $135 (unless otherwise noted). For complete information on the leadership certificate program as well as the schedule, visit www.icc.edu/pdi/business, or contact Dale Anderson at (309) 690-6913 or email email@example.com.
