The Metamora Woman’s Club’s 41st Annual Ecumenical Community Prayer Breakfast is scheduled for March 27 at Snyder Village SV Center in Metamora at 7:30 a.m.  Pastor Gary Salm will be the featured speaker and Rhonda Heller is guest soloist.

Pastor Salm, a Lincoln Christian University graduate, has been the minister at Metamora Christian Union Church since November 2007.  He and his wife, Lori, have three young children.  He has entitled his address “Trials Turned to Gold.”

Rhonda Heller is well-known in the area for her lovely soprano voice.  She directs the Christian Union Church Choir and sings with both the Morton Civic Chorale and Snyder Village Gospel Choir.  The retired Metamora postmistress and her husband, Jerry, are the parents of two grown children and have a grandson.

A hot, full buffet breakfast will be served.  All men and women of the area are welcome to attend to enrich their spiritual experience during the Lenten season.
