Times Newspapers' Pet Show winners announced

The votes are in. Eleven pets vied for votes online in the Times Newspapers' Pet Show. First-place winner is Blue, who received 478 votes. Blue is owned by Paighton, Amanda and Dan Derrick.

Second-place winner is Sadie Belle Meyer, a dog, owned by Don and Julie Meyer. Sadie received 350 votes.

Third-place winner is Sport, owned by Beth Adair. Sport the dog received 90 votes.

The first-place winner receives a bag of Science Diet dog food and a 6-pack of Frontline flea medicine from Washington Veterinarian Clinic.

Second- and third-place winners each receive $20 in gift coupons to McDonald's.
