Eureka Middle and High School registration info

Fall registration information for the 2010-2011 school year has been released.
All parents of kindergarten and early childhood education children are asked to register on Aug. 5, 2010.
All students pre-K through 12th grade must be in compliance with immunization, physical examination, dental and vision requirements at the beginning of the school year to enroll in school.
If a student does not have all immunizations, they should present a schedule to the school.
A student may be exempt from the requirements for religious or medical reasons, under certain conditions.
A new student who is a first time registrant shall have a 30-day time period following registration to comply with the health examination and immunization regulations.
The registration schedules for Eureka Middle and High School are as follows:
Aug. 5 — 9 a.m. to noon 5th grade and 12th grade
1 to 3 p.m. — 6th grade and 11th grade
5 to 8 p.m. — Open to any grade
Aug. 6 — 9 a.m. to noon 7th and 8th grades and 9th and 10th grades
Aug. 12 — Eureka Middle School new student orientation at 6 p.m.
Aug. 16 — Eureka High School new student orientation at 6 p.m.
Aug. 17 — Kindergarten orientation 6 to 7 p.m.
Registration Fees will be:
Early childhood education — $45
Half-day kindergarten — $45
Full-day kindergarten and 1st–4th grades — $60
Fifth-8th grades — $65
High school — $75
Vocational courses off-site — $100
Driver education — $150
Parking fee: High school $30 on West Lot. No fee on South Lot.
Student Insurance: Forms will be available for parents to purchase insurance as an option.
Breakfast — $1.25
Hot lunch: daily $2; Weekly $10, Monthly $40; Extra milk or juice $.25 Adult lunch daily $2.40
Kindergarten milk: per semester $21.62 each; Yearly $43.25
Aug. 18 — First student attendance day
Aug. 19 — First full day of student attendance with breakfast and hot lunch served
