METAMORA SOCCER

The Metamora High School soccer team defeated Washington 4-2 Tuesday night to earn a rematch against Morton in the Regional championship game. That game will be played at 7 p.m. Friday at Metamora. Kristin Rauh and Nicole Musselman each had two goals for the Redbirds.

EUREKA SOFTBALL

The Eureka High School softball teams season ended with a 5-0 loss to Farmington in the Class 2A Eureka Regional. Jessa Wakid had to only hit for the Hornets.

METAMORA SOFTBALL

The Metamora High School softball team held its top spot in the Mid-Illini Conference with a 10-6 win at Washington. Molly Cull hit a three-run home run for the Redbirds.
